I know it's not a sign, but here's a cute baby shower gift I wanted to share. The baby shower was near Easter. Each plastic egg is filled with little girl baby socks and tights (pink, white, gray, etc.). The note on the card says "For Mama and Her Baby Chick". Wrap the egg crate in a cute bow and wala! Easy, cute, and inexpensive...

Baby Roberts is here! I made this one a few months ago... it's my first one on glass.

A gift for a couple celebrating their five-year wedding anniversary!

A baby gift... this one is absolutely adorable!

I made this for a new baby whose parents are HUGE Pittsburgh Steeler fans. Welcome to Steeler Nation Landon Lee!

I made this for my friend Jim and his beautiful wife Mira, and now they have a baby Roberts on the way!

I made this for a former co-worker who is so sweet and celebrated her one-year wedding anniversary this year!

I made this wedding sign for a co-worker.

A new wedding sign...

A new family sign for my friend Kristin out in California.

I made this sign for my bestest friend Janice! She was so beautiful on her wedding day : )

I made this sign as a wedding gift for Lauren & Todd Baulch, we were so sad we missed their beach wedding! But, a little birdie told me Lauren had an aqua starfish brooch on her dress, so an idea was born!

This sign is for my neice Alexandra... she'll be here mid-April! I think it will be perfect in her nursery. Many blessings to the Burke family...

I made this sign for a baby shower gift. Personalized gifts are always the best. I hope the new mom-to-be likes it!

Landon is my nephew and he just turned TWO this week! This sign is for his nursery... which I'm sure will be changing into a "little mans" room soon enough. Happy Birthday Landon!

If I could have, I would have given signs to everyone on my Christmas list this year... but this special request was for my sister-in-law Amy. She wanted a sign to go over the door leading to her kitchen. Since her furnitue is dark wood and the walls are cream and chocolate-brown, this was a perfect match! I'm happy to say she liked it so much, I'm now making signs for her two-year old little boy and new baby girl on the way.

Try saying CVITANOVICH, let alone spelling it... The Cvitanovich's are wonderful friends and I wanted to make them something special for Christmas this year. I'm proud to say this sign hangs over their fireplace... for everyone to see when they walk in their home.

My next sign was another wedding gift. In October, our friends BJ and Sarah were getting married. Since they live in Colorado, I had no idea what colors would work best for their apartment. So once again I designed their sign around the wedding invitation. It turned out perfect! Green is Sarah's favorite color, and I've since been told it was one of their favorite wedding gifts. And I must admit it's one of my favorites too!

My first sign was a wedding gift for my cousin Marcie in August 2009. Making the sign was a bit of a challenge... getting familiar with finding the right size of wood, learning how to transfer the vinyl letters, choosing the paint colors, etc. BUT it turned out beautiful. I chose colors to match the wedding invitation, and she liked it so much she put in on display at the wedding reception!

My name is Jessicah and welcome to my blog. A few years ago, my creative sister-in-law gave me my first personalized name sign... and I absolutely loved it. So I learned how to make my own and found that the possibilities were endless. Name "signs" make the perfect (and unique) wedding, anniversary, or baby shower gift! My goal is to share my experience with each new sign I make and hopefully spread the word!
